You can post a comment / note to a selected object / star or to a selected web page (most often to a posted observation).
Observers can publish their finding from telescope (e.g. wrong light elements for eclipsing binary, ...).
Comments / notes posted for a specified STAR displays on every links, concerning this object. (minima predictions, transit observations, light curves of intrinsic variables, etc.)
If you are going to post a note about shifted minimum of brightnes of some eclipsing binary, don't forgot to append orbital elements, which are commenting and especialy date of observation.
